These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern use of the Jurniq mobile application (“Jurniq”, “the App”).

By accessing or using the App, users agree to these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy.

If a user does not agree, the App should not be used.

Jurniq is designed for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

2. Purpose of the App

Jurniq is a personal video journaling tool offering:

• Automatic audio-to-text transcription
• Mood tagging
• Calendar-based entry browsing
• Streak tracking

The App is intended for private journaling and does not function as a public social platform.
